Shopping Online

Shopping online is easy, we've done our best to organise the website so you can find what you’re looking for quickly without fuss.

 

Use the pictures on the front page or the menu on the left to quickly navigate to the area required. For something more specific try using the search function, top left.

 

Just click "Add to basket", to select the products. When you have finished shopping, click "Go to checkout" on the menu bar across the top.

 

Think you may return? You can create an account for faster shopping next time or just go through the express checkout - no fuss, no extra passwords to remember.

 

At the checkout you can pay by credit card in our secure environment or select the telephone or cheque options. For that extra piece of mind we use the latest encryption and 3D security for credit card transactions. See our secure online shopping page for more info.

 

Live near Sevenoaks, Kent? You can buy online; collect your goods at our Sevenoaks Store. This service is available Mon-Fri only. We'll drop you an email to let you know when your goods are ready.

This is where we process all the mail orders and is the store to choose if you plan to buy your goods in bulk. The store is open Mon-Fri 09.30 - 16.45.

 

Bromley

Need a few bits? Our Bromley Shop holds virtually everything on the website just in smaller quantities (Except products marked "mail order only"). The store is open Mon-Sat 09.15-17.00, closed on Wednesday.

If you're making the trip for something in particular, please give them a call first to check they have it in stock: we wouldn't want you to have a wasted journey.

Ways to Pay

Paying for you orders is simple, place your order via the website and select credit card, telephone or cheque / postal order.

 

We would prefer if you can place your order this way, however if you are having problems or have no internet connection we are happy to take your order over the phone.

Discount Schemes for Cake Decorating Teachers & Students

We have a special discount scheme available for cake decorating teachers and students. If you are currently running or taking a cake decorating course we offer discounts on all purchases from our website.


To apply for this special offer please create an account by selecting "My Account" from the menu bar across the top and follow the instructions. Then fill in our contact form. In the "nature of enquiry" box please include:
If you are a student:

  • Your tutors name
  • Address of your cake decorating classes
  • Course name or number

If you are a teacher:

  • Address of your cake decorating classes
  • Course name or number
  • Duration of course

Note: Discount schemes generally run for one year or length of course for students. A discount will then be applied to your account.
