i called up during the summer i get your newsletter and buy lots of stuff from you to get some help regarding making my sister her wedding cake. it was the first time i had ever made a fruit cake, the first time i have ever touched marzipan, and certainly the first time i had used dowels. i spoke to lynne i think that was her name and she was so incredibly helpful. i didnt have the time to set the marzipan as suggested and then cover in sugarpaste, but i followed every other tip
