Wilton Food Colouring
Wilton paste food colourings are highly concentrated pastes - ideal for colouring buttercream, sugarpaste fondant, icing, marzipan, flower and modelling paste, pastry and salt dough. These edible food colourings are ideal for creating vibrant colours without affecting the consistency of your medium, or can be used sparingly to achieve softer shades.
The paste colour does not contain glycerine so can be used to colour sugar flowers or run out icing where complete drying is required.
