Introducing our luxurious Lemon Sensation Mix, a perfect blend of baking ingredients that will take your cakes and muffins to the next level. With this mix, you can create a delicious and mouth-watering lemon drizzle cake that will leave everyone in awe.

Using our easy-to-follow instructions, you can create a perfect cake mix that will bake perfectly every time. To begin, simply add 500g of the Lemon Sensation Mix into a bowl and add 0.2L of water and 0.14L of vegetable oil. Using a flat beater, mix the ingredients together on low speed for a minute. Scrape down the batter, and then mix for a further 2 minutes on medium speed.

If you're making a loaf cake, simply deposit 350g-400g of the batter into a paper case in a loaf tin and bake at 180°C/356°F for 40-50 minutes. For muffins, deposit 75g of batter into paper cases on muffin trays and bake at 185°C/365°F for 30 minutes*. And for tray bakes, deposit 4.5kg for an 18"x30" sheet and bake at 180°C/356°F for 40 minutes*.

“Saturday Delivery” and “Sunday Delivery” options: Orders placed before 4pm* on a Friday will be dispatched the same business day, for delivery between 8am and 6pm on the chosen day. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will be dispatched for delivery the following weekend. *Please note that for Edible Image orders, the cut off for Saturday or Sunday delivery is 3.30pm. Order for these items placed after this time will be dispatched the next weekday. 
For this method of delivery, our couriers will require a signature, so please ensure you will be at the delivery address to sign for your parcel. 
For customers in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, we are unable to guarantee any order being dispatched on this option to arrive within the quoted time frame. 
 
RETURNS

Unwanted Goods:
We allow a 14-day period for any unwanted goods to be returned to us in their original condition. This is in line with all domestic web or telesales policies.

Faulty Goods: 
We allow a 30-day period (from the date of receipt) for any faulty goods to be returned to us. See below for any product-specific exclusions/disclaimers. 

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Goods: 
We would ask that if your order contains a damaged or incorrect product, or is missing an item, please contact us within 28 days of receipt. We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Code to include, which is essential for processing the return, so it’s vital that you contact us before sending your parcel back.

- Damaged Items:  While our aim is for every product to reach you in perfect condition, as is the case with any shipments, very occasionally items may be damaged in transit. Please contact us immediately upon receipt if this is the case, with a photograph of the damage. We will ensure our customer service team resolves this for you. 
Please do not throw any damaged items away as our suppliers may ask to have them back on occasion. We will advise at the time of confirming your return/replacement.

- Incorrect Items: If you believe you have received an incorrect item (an item which is not the one you ordered), please contact us immediately upon receipt, with a photograph of the item in question. We will ensure our customer service team resolves this for you. 
Please do not throw any incorrect items as we may ask you to return it to us – we will, of course, cover the cost of your postage in these circumstances.

- Missing Items: If you receive your parcel with an item or items missing, please contact us right away - the case may be that the item(s) will be sent out separately. Either way, our customer service team will look into this for you. 
 
Disclaimer 
As stated above, it is essential that you include your Returns Authorisation Code in order for your return to be processed. 
Please return your item(s) in the original packaging and include any and all documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc. 
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 
Your original payment method will be refunded, normally within 10 working days of receipt of the package. 
Refunds on unwanted goods will exclude postage costs, but for faulty goods postage will be included. 
Any product returned not in a sellable condition (e.g. missing the original box, contents, accessories, manuals or packing material) will be subject to additional fees. 
Refunds will not be given on edible or bespoke items.

CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT 
Due to how quickly our warehouse processes orders, it is (under most circumstances) not possible to amend or cancel your order once it has been placed*. We have multiple mail pickups every day, which means our team work very quickly. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call to enquire but note that it is unlikely we will be able to make any changes.
