Returns & Refunds
We're committed to offering quality products that will give you amazing results, however, if you buy something from us and you're not 100% satisfied you can return it for a refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt. There are a few exceptions where items cannot be returned:
- Edible items (with the exception of screw top containers where the seal has not been broken).
- Handmade icing flowers, due to the extremely fragile nature of the product and the special packaging techniques required.
To return a product, contact us first - we’ll provide a authorisation code. Then return the product/s to the address below – this helps us process your order efficiently when we receive the returned goods.

If any of your goods are damaged in transit, we’ll replace the items free of charge. In some cases, we might ask for proof of damage and a note about what’s happened. (This is just so that we can claim the cost back from the carrier.)
In the unlikely event that you’ve not received your parcel within 7 working days, here’s what you need to do:
• Check that our courier hasn't left a calling card
• Double check that your parcel hasn’t been left in or outside your home, perhaps in a meter cupboard, porch or with a neighbour

When you contact us, let us know your order reference, delivery address and contact details and we’ll investigate for you. If your items can’t be found, we’ll either arrange a replacement or full refund.
