Ballerina Moulds

Ballerina moulds are the perfect tool for making and decorating a ballerina cake or dance themed cake for a girl's birthday party. Simply dust your mould with a cornflour pouch, press your modelling paste into the mould and roll over it with a rolling pin to ensure all the details are fully indented into your paste. Cut away any excess using a palette knife, before slowly easing your ballerina out of the mould. You can use edible paints, lustre dust or edible ink pens to jazz up your cake decorations before attaching them to your cake with royal icing or edible glue. Finish off your cake with a pretty pink ribbon and some sprinkles or sparkles to match.
