Create models and flowers for your cakes and cupcakes using this delicious modelling paste made with real Belgian* white chocolate. This paste dries quickly and holds its shape yet remains soft enough to eat.

To use, slice off the amount you require and knead until pliable. Warm it up in your hands for a softer texture or allow to cool for a few minutes for a firmer texture. If necessary, you can microwave in short bursts of 3 seconds to soften and assist with kneading.
