Please note, due to Easter bank holiday and courier closures, orders will not be dispatched or delivered on Friday 29th March or Monday 1st April. Normal service will resume on Tuesday 2nd April.
To receive your order before Easter, orders must be placed on a next day service before 4.30pm on Wednesday 27th March (for delivery on Thursday 28th March*). Orders placed after 4.30pm Wednesday 27th March will be delivered Tuesday 2nd April*.

Next-Day Delivery Cut-off Times
- DPD & Yodel - Order by 4.30pm (Monday - Friday)
We may charge more for delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, other UK offshore islands or mainland addresses that couriers class as 'remote'. Please allow an extra couple of days for delivery
A range of delivery options will be shown when you reach checkout, based on your particular order's size, weight and delivery address
International Delivery
We deliver to selected countries worldwide via DHL, and delivery charges are based on the destination country and the weight of the package. The estimated delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, although this may be longer during busy periods. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order's progress.
Delivery Issues
If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If your order is lost or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
